FLY WITH B – Where Books, Peace, and Passports Meet

Barinder Kaur Sangha, founder of Fly with B, is redefining luxury travel for women – removing the stress, building community, and creating journeys that inspire transformation, connection, and the freedom to truly exhale.

Barinder Kaur Sangha – known simply as B – is the founder of Fly with B, a travel company that goes beyond itineraries and bookings. For her, travel is about freedom, ease, and experiences that linger long after the return flight.

Her path to this work was shaped by personal challenges that demanded resilience. She credits travel with giving her space to heal and rebuild. That first solo journey was less about leaving home and more about discovering that the world itself could restore and teach. From then, travel became central to her life.

When Barinder launched Fly with B, she set out to create something different. This was never about selling packages. Her vision was to design a service that lifted the unseen weight of travel – the paperwork, the logistics, the endless “what ifs.” For her, true luxury is not defined by hotels or champagne, but by the quiet assurance that every detail has already been handled.

Her approach resonates especially with women, who often juggle competing demands and rarely carve out time for themselves. For many, Fly with B has become a reset, a way to step away from routine and reconnect with who they are beyond it.

What Barinder didn’t anticipate was the community that grew around her work. Clients returned not just with photographs and memories, but with new friendships, confidence, and a renewed sense of ease. She has witnessed women rediscover joy and reclaim parts of themselves they thought they had lost. Her vision now extends beyond travel. With Her Story Café – a women-only bookshop café -she is creating another sanctuary: a space where books, conversation, and reflection come together. Like her agency, it carries the same mission, to give women room to pause, to exhale, to feel at ease.

For Barinder, travel is not about collecting destinations. It is about transformation -the courage to say yes, the clarity found in unfamiliar places, and the luxury of being cared for from start to finish. Through Fly with B, she offers not just journeys, but the rare gift of time, space, and self-discovery.

This season, she also shares her curated top five winter destinations for 2025 — a glimpse into where she believes women an find both renewal and inspiration in the months ahead
