Both Nishtha and Kajal have deeply personal reasons for dedicating their lives to wellness. 

For Kajal, her journey into holistic wellness began when both her mother and sister were diagnosed with cancer. She was determined to help them live longer, fuller lives through the power of nature and food. By focusing on nourishment, natural therapies, and a holistic lifestyle, she saw first-hand the profound impact that mindful eating and lifestyle changes could have. This experience became the foundation of her passion for guiding others through similar transformations. 

For Nishtha, her journey into functional medicine and nutrition was driven by her 14 year old daughter’s battle with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). Determined to help her heal, Nishtha immersed herself in research, learning how food and functional medicine could play a pivotal role in managing chronic conditions. Her success in helping her daughter regain health led her to study nutrition and functional medicine, eventually working with hundreds of patients at the London Clinic of Nutrition. Today, she is a leading expert in gut health, autoimmunity, and holistic healing
